Job Details

We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care team in Huntington, NY. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive care to adult patients, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and patient education.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality outpatient primary care services
  • Managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease
  • Conducting physical exams, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans
  • Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
