What You Will Do:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a highly regarded practice, dedicated to improving the health of executives of local and International companies and for individuals who want Direct Primary Care.

 

  • Practice includes 1 full time physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner
  • Practice setting: Outpatient
  • Call structure: 24/7, however calls are extremely minimal
  • Lead comprehensive, individualized patient visits and executive annual physicals to deliver a detailed evaluation of overall health and wellness, ensuring every patient receives dedicated attention.
  • Create personalized, evidence-based health strategies, emphasizing disease prevention and proactive management of diverse conditions to ensure long-term patient vitality and optimal outcomes.
  • Cultivate deep, trusting patient relationships by utilizing extended visit times to understand individual health histories, resulting in a highly engaged and appreciative patient partnership
  • Support the Direct Primary Care model by delivering specialized primary care services and personalized medicine to a select population of local and international executives and private individuals. 
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine
  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
