Internal Medicine Physician
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Chief of Medical Staff and the President/CEO, the Staff Physician will have ultimate responsibility for all medical aspects of the Clinic operations.
Salary Range
$150,000.00 - $230,000.00 Actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including education, work experience, and in some instances, certifications. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues pay.

Position Responsibilities and Expectations
• The Staff Physician will have the ultimate responsibility for the medical aspects of the Clinic. He/she will also provide the initial and annual medical examination and on-going medical evaluation and treatment. This responsibility will be met by the physician either through services rendered directly or through appropriate referral as specified in the contract and the Program's Procedure Manual.
• The Staff Physician will work closely with the Clinic Supervisor and counselors in assessing overall progress of patients, participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings, and encourage the joint effort of all staff for maximum effectiveness of the Clinic and achievement of Program goals.
