What You Bring:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Proven clinical experience in hematology and oncology care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a steady patient volume with professionalism and compassion
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
- Experience in multidisciplinary oncology teams
- Prior experience with outpatient clinic management
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Residency and fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology
- At least 2 years of clinical practice post-training
- Commitment to long-term employment and community engagement
- Willingness to commute or relocate within driving distance; apartment accommodation available
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on or after May 26, 2026
- Ability to work 4 shifts per week, with shifts lasting 8-10 hours depending on patient volume
- Light call responsibilities via beeper, averaging 2-5 calls per week (phone only)
- Willingness to work overtime after 40 hours as needed
- Candidate should demonstrate a stable, long-term commitment to the practice
- Travel and licensing reimbursements provided when applicable
