Hours and Travel
The Oregon Nurses Association (ONA) collaborates with healthcare workers operating across the state in 24/7 facilities. Due to the nature of this work, travel, night shifts, and overnight stays may be required.
Job Summary
This position necessitates the employee to facilitate and sustain the development of robust and engaged bargaining units. The employee is a member of the Oregon Nurses Association (ONA) labor department, which empowers healthcare workers to advocate for themselves, their patients, their families, and their communities.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position. The salary is determined based on applicable years of experience in accordance with the wage scale outlined in the union staff's collective bargaining agreement.
