Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. One year of advanced clerical experience in collections, liens and bankruptcy processing, and/ or legal matters are required. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis.

The Credit & Collections Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting collectors to augment collection activity, researching to prepare estoppel or settlement letters and filing claims for surplus funds; applying surplus funds per policy; obtaining supporting documentation for debts as requested by collectors; preparing and sending out paid- or settled-in-full letters; timely recording of lien satisfactions; filing bankruptcy and probate court claims and preparing/eRecording assorted paid releases. Credit & Collections Representatives work in a team environment with both internal and external customers.
This job requires in-person work, located in the Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 NW 1st Street, 26th Floor, in Downtown Miami. Training is approximately four (4) months.
