We are seeking an Internal Communications & Social Media Specialist to enhance employee engagement and manage our digital presence.
- Develop and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters and updates, collaborating with leadership to ensure consistent messaging.
- Support company culture initiatives and maintain internal platforms like intranet and messaging tools.
- Manage and grow social media channels, especially Facebook, creating engaging content and analyzing performance data.
- Develop compelling copy for internal and external audiences, including website content and collateral materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in internal communications or social media management.
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts; familiarity with analytics and design tools is a plus.
