Saint Francis University invites applications for a full time 18-month position as a Business Consultant in the Center for Small Business Development. The Business Consultant is responsible to the Director of Small Business Development for providing business analysis, counseling, and training to small business owners and managers within a six-county radius the SBDC provides services for. The business consultant also is expected to serve as a resource for area businesses and offer assistance in identifying development opportunities for seminars and workshops in support of the department mission. The position is part of the state of Pennsylvania's Historically Disadvantaged Business Assistance (HDBA) Program.
Bachelor's degree in business related discipline. Coursework in entrepreneurship or business planning. Previous experience in owing/operating your own business a plus but not necessary.
Eligibility requirement: Candidates must have current authorization to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or assist with work authorization.
