RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Set appointments for both the agent and fellow team members.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently.
