Justin Holt State Farm is looking to hire an upbeat and personable Intern to the team, to help with answering inbound calls, making outbound sales calls, and basic data entry. Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.

Justin Holt State Farm is looking to hire an upbeat and personable Intern to the team, to help with answering inbound calls, making outbound sales calls, and basic data entry. Looking for someone who is punctual, and hardworking and willing to get outside their comfort zone to learn some basic business skills!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
• Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
