Required skills include strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and discretion with sensitive data. Preferred skills involve HR software experience.
Eligible candidates are full-time undergraduate or recent graduates pursuing a degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business Administration, available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks, possibly onsite or remote within the U.S.
