Slalom's Intern experiences offer select students the opportunity to explore an exciting career in a fast-paced management consulting environment. The learning experience continues through a combination of self-guided learnings, hands-on projects, and the ability to network with our leadership team. Students are also encouraged to participate in company events, community groups, and other internal initiatives during their time with us.
What You'll Do
* Research & Insights Support: Assist with gathering information and summarizing findings to support team priorities.
* Process & Operations Support: Help improve team organization and day-to-day efficiency.
* Communications & Meeting Support: Support internal coordination and communication efforts.
* Special Project Ownership: Complete a small end-to-end project with guidance from the Chief of Staff.
What You'll Bring
* Outstanding communication skills with audiences of all levels
* Desire and flexibility to explore new areas and skills, across both technical and business capabilities
* Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks
* Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and learn new concepts quickly

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the target hourly rate is $22/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
