We are a leading energy technology company seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment teams at our headquarters in Waukesha, WI.
As an intern, you will shadow recruiters, assist with sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment marketing. You will also gain exposure to HR functions like onboarding, diversity initiatives, and learning & development.
You'll learn about the full recruitment lifecycle, utilizing social media, research strategies, and understanding business needs to drive talent acquisition.
This role offers networking opportunities, intern events, and hands-on experience in HR and recruitment processes.
Qualifications include current enrollment in a business or HR-related bachelor’s program, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
