Intern-Human Resources-Front Desk

The Human Resources Front Desk Intern supports the HR division by serving as the first contact for employees visiting or calling HR.
They gain hands-on experience in customer service, records management, and HR operations, while helping improve daily HR functions.

• Serve as the initial contact for employees at the HR office.
• Provide professional assistance, direct employees to appropriate HR staff, answer inquiries, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Assist with employee questions, learn documentation protocols, and support confidential file management.
• Help prepare HR correspondence, organize personnel documents, and support audits to ensure compliance.
• Assist with onboarding materials, maintain HR calendars, and support events and projects.
