Pay:$24.00 $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Location:Broken Arrow, OK 74014 Shift:Monday Saturday | 5: 00 AM 5: 30 PM Job Type:Temp-to-Hire Job Order #:125836 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Intermediate MIG Welder to join our Vessels Shop in Broken Arrow. This position is responsible for performing high-quality MIG welds on vessel components and assemblies while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate has previous vessel welding experience, produces consistent quality welds, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Weld Test Requirements Candidates must successfully complete the following:
3G Weld Test Required Experience & Skills Previous vessel welding experience required Proficiency with MIG welding processes Ability to successfully pass a 3G weld test Ability to read and interpret welding drawings, specifications, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must pass a background check and drug screening Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on vessel components and assemblies Read and interpret welding drawings, specifications, and work instructions Produce welds that meet company and customer quality standards Inspect completed welds for accuracy and compliance with specifications Maintain production schedules while ensuring high-quality workmanship Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies, welding procedures, and OSHA regulations Assist with additional fabrication and production duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Experience welding pressure vessels or heavy fabricated components Manufacturing or industrial fabrication experience Knowledge of welding inspection procedures and quality standards Additional welding certifications are a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment Work Environment Industrial manufacturing and vessel fabrication facility Fast-paced production environment focused on quality and safety Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for long-term employment Overtime opportunities available based on production demands Why You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work on specialized vessel fabrication projects Stable manufacturing environment with opportunities for career advancement Supportive team focused on quality, safety, and craftsmanship Ready to Apply?
