Description:
Urgent need for an Intermediate-level Mechanical Engineer to design and prepare specifications for HVAC systems and other building related mechanical equipment. Should have experience with commercial, multi-family, mixed-use and residential design.
Requirements:
- Seven years of experience developing designs and preparing specifications of HVAC systems and other building related mechanical equipment (plumbing, sprinklers, etc.)
- Prepare markups and changes for HVAC equipment.
- Perform code reviews.
- Assist in obtaining equipment specifications from equipment vendors.
- Attending meetings, prepare meeting minutes, conduct site visits, and field inspections as required.
- Prepare all construction drawings and reports.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP
