The role is for an Intermediate Design Professional specializing in Corporate/Commercial Interiors, responsible for leading and executing diverse design projects.
Responsibilities include collaborating with clients throughout the design process, assisting the design director, developing program requirements, creating test-fits and schematic plans, preparing budget documentation, coordinating with project teams, presenting designs, selecting furnishings, and reviewing construction documents and shop drawings. On-site visits during construction may be required.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred), 4-7 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability are essential.
The position offers a full-time, hybrid schedule with an annual salary range of $85K to $115K and comprehensive benefits.
