Description
* Manage interior finishes, quality control, and punch list completion for luxury residential projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and turnover activities to maintain schedules
* Monitor daily construction progress and maintain project documentation
* Identify and resolve deficiencies while ensuring work meets plans and specifications
* Enforce site safety standards and support successful project closeout
Profile
* 5+ years of experience in interior construction, punch list, or superintendent roles
* Background in multifamily, condominium, hospitality, or residential projects
* Strong understanding of finish sequencing, quality standards, and unit turnover
* Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple work fronts
* Proficiency with Procore and ability to read construction drawings
Job Offer
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 + bonus
