Seeking experienced Superintendents and Punch List Superintendents to support large-scale residential, condominium, and mixed-use developments. You'll oversee finishing phases, coordinate trades, and drive projects through turnover with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Description
* Lead punch list activities across residential units and common areas
* Coordinate subcontractors, MEP partners, and finishing crews
* Track deficiencies, complete inspections, and ensure timely closeout
* Support project teams with scheduling, reporting, and quality assurance
* Maintain safe, organised, and productive project environments
Profile
* 5+ years of superintendent, assistant superintendent, or punch list leadership experience
* Experience on multifamily, condominium, hospitality, or luxury residential projects
* Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and closeout processes
* Comfortable taking a hands-on approach when required
* Experience with Procore and OSHA certification preferred
