Our client is a successful mid‑sized commercial interiors general contractor with a strong reputation across NYC. They specialize in office, retail, and tenant improvement projects and are known for their solid pipeline, repeat clients, and collaborative, team‑driven culture.

Description

    • Oversee daily onsite operations for commercial interior construction projects.
    • Manage subcontractors, scheduling, site logistics, and trade coordination.
    • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and jobsite organization.
    • Coordinate inspections, track progress, and manage punchlist completion.
    • Partner closely with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

      • Proven experience supervising commercial interior construction projects in NYC.
      • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, millwork, and MEP coordination.
      • Confident leader who communicates clearly and keeps teams aligned.
      • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
      • Reliable, professional, and proud of delivering well‑executed projects.
