BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Interiors Manager / Maintenance Supervisor to support interior renovation and capital improvement projects within multifamily apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience coordinating renovations from start to finish.

Role: Interiors Manager/Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Alexandria, VA 22304
Pay: $27/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
Oversee daily interior renovation projects and serve as the on-site construction lead.
Coordinate apartment renovations, capital improvement projects, and common area upgrades.
Manage construction materials, inventory, and overall job site organization.
Track project schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and construction progress.
Conduct property walks, assess repair needs, and assist with project cost estimates.
Coordinate contractors and vendors while ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and site cleanliness.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce overall project costs.
Support contractor onboarding and promote a positive, team-oriented culture.
Ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of construction experience, preferably in multifamily housing or residential renovation projects.
Proven experience leading construction crews and managing projects through completion.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and project sequencing.
Excellent project coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience monitoring project budgets and schedules.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
Strong communication skills with contractors, vendors, residents, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
