RATIO is seeking a talented and passionate Interior Designer or Interior-focused Architect to join our design studio in Raleigh, NC.

Role
This role is designed for a professional ready to bridge the gap between technical execution and design leadership. You will support project teams through design exploration, technical documentation, and the execution of interior environments while maintaining a high level of independence. Consistent with our internal competencies, you will be expected to take full ownership of assigned tasks, performing rigorous self-audits and quality control checks as a prerequisite for excellence.
Responsibilities Qualifications - Accredited degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
- 5 or more years of professional experience in an architectural/interior design setting.
- Advanced skills in Revit (required), Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Experience with Rhino, Dynamo, or Grasshopper is highly ideal.
- NCIDQ Certification is required for advancement beyond the Graduate level at RATIO. LEED or WELL accreditation is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of furniture systems, interior materials, building codes (ADA/Egress), and detailing fundamentals.
- A self-motivated professional who exhibits curiosity, takes initiative, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.
