Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Description
This Interior Designer role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while growing alongside an experienced interior design team. You will work on a variety of projects with a strong focus on healthcare environments, including large hospital facilities, and play a key role in producing high-quality design and construction documentation. The position is ideal for a designer who brings 5-7 years of experience, is proficient in Revit, and is eager to collaborate closely with and be mentored by a senior interior designer.

Work Environment
This role is primarily office-based, with an expectation to work on site in the office for at least the first six months to support close collaboration and mentorship. The work environment emphasizes teamwork, learning, and professional growth, with the opportunity to work side by side with an experienced interior designer on healthcare-focused projects, including large hospitals in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The team uses Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting and design tools as part of the daily workflow. After the initial period, there is flexibility where needed to support a balanced and productive work arrangement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
