Client:
Our client provides comprehensive architecture and interior design services for select corporate and retail clients, with an expanding portfolio in adaptive reuse and residential conversion projects. Their work spans complex, mission-driven environments and emphasizes thoughtful design, technical rigor, and long-term functionality.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Interior Designer with 5–10 years of professional experience in corporate and institutional interiors. This role will support a variety of project types including office-to-residential conversions, K–12 schools, university facilities, and public sector projects such as police stations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to contribute across multiple phases of design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts from programming through construction documentation

• Produce space planning layouts and test-fits for corporate and institutional environments

• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation using Revit or SketchUp with Enscape

• Coordinate FF&E selections, specifications, and documentation

• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal project teams

• Support adaptive reuse and conversion projects with an understanding of code and programmatic constraints

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of professional interior design experience

• Background in corporate, institutional, or public sector interiors

• Strong space planning and FF&E experience

• Proficiency in Revit and/or SketchUp (Enscape required)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Education:
Degree in Interior Design or a related field

Compensation:
$65,000–$100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
