Role Summary:

Seeking a talented registered Interior Designer with approximately 5–10 years of experience to work collaboratively on interior planning, design development, documentation, and client coordination across a variety of project types including aviation, civic, education, corporate/commercial, and hospitality.




Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work individually and collaboratively with project teams to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Prepare programming, concept design, space planning, furnishings layouts, lighting design, and finish selections.
  • Produce interior architectural detailing and comprehensive design documentation.
  • Coordinate directly with clients and consultants throughout project phases.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited university required.
  • U.S. licensed Interior Designer or Registered Architectural license, or immediate ability to obtain Texas registration.
  • 5–10 years of relevant interior design experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD (preference for Revit experience).
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong interior design, detailing, and project documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial and institutional furniture, finishes, materials, and FFE specification.
  • Current knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards.
  • Legal authorization to work for any U.S. employer (no sponsorship).

Preferred Experience:
  • Aviation experience preferred.
  • LEED designation is a plus.
