Role Summary:
Seeking a talented Interior Designer with approximately 610 years of experience to contribute to innovative interior design solutions across various project types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop creative design concepts and solutions.
- Prepare programming and concept designs, including space planning, furnishings layout, lighting, and finish selections.
- Produce comprehensive interior design documentation and interior architectural detailing.
- Work directly with clients and consultants throughout project phases.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited university required.
- U.S. licensed Interior Designer or Registered Architectural license, or immediate ability to obtain Texas registration.
- Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD, with preference for Revit experience.
- Working knowledge of design software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong design, detailing, and documentation skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of commercial and institutional furniture and FFE specifications.
- Current understanding of building codes and accessibility standards.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with aviation or specialized project types is a plus.
- LEED accreditation or similar design credentials beneficial.
