Who Were Looking For Prioritizing Experience Minimum 5-10 years in sales interior design andor Retail Leadership experience preferred.
Design Passion Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field or equivalent experience. Recent grads and seasoned pros welcome
Sales Savvy Proven ability to connect with clients and close sales in a consultative relationship-focused environment.
Tech Forward Comfortable with digital floor planning 3DARVR visualization tools and social media marketing.
Excellent Communicator Strong listening presentation and written communication skills.
Self-Starter Motivated to build your business manage your time and exceed goals.
Flexible & Reliable Full-time on-site role includes weekends. Visiting client homes and networking participation expected - valid drivers license or reliable transportation required.
Compensation & Benefits Base Draw Minimum annual recoverable draw of 40000 paid biweekly.
