Interim Perioperative Services Director

Interim Periop Director - Central California

We are seeking an engaging nurse leader to lead the periop department for a busy hospital about an hour from Sacramento. This role is ideal for a strategic periop leader with a passion for improving patient experience, quality, and productivity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record as a Periop Director in a community hospital 
• Demonstrated success improving employee engagement
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for surveys
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; capable of quickly building credibility across clinical and administrative teams
• CA RN license
• Availability to begin within 2-3 weeks from date of offer, and to be on-site for the duration of the engagement (aside from travel weekends).
