Interim Nursing Home Administrator

Location: Lacey, WA

Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced Interim Nursing Home Administrator for a skilled nursing facility in the Lacey, Washington market.

This Opportunity Offers:

Responsibilities:

 

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the skilled nursing facility

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Drive clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and census performance

• Lead, mentor, and support department heads and facility staff

• Manage staffing, budgeting, and financial performance

• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners

• Partner with regional leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals

• Prepare the facility for surveys and oversee any regulatory follow-up activities

 

Qualifications:

 

• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required

• Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing environment

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey management, and facility operations

• Proven leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities

• Track record of driving positive clinical, operational, and financial outcomes

• Ability to start on an interim basis in the Lacey, WA market
