Demonstrated knowledge of effective instructional strategies and successful experience observing, mentoring and coaching teachers to improve instruction;
The ability to provide effective instructional leadership, maintaining school-wide focus on student achievement and supporting all teachers and staff;
The ability to relate well to students, staff, parents and community in a collaborative, environment rooted in shared decision making;
A relentless work ethic and commitment to student achievement;
Thorough knowledge of the NJSLS, curriculum design, implementation of inspirational strategies and integration of technology;
A positive behavioral approach to discipline which encourages students to develop core values that guide their interactions with peers, staff and all members of the school community;
Experience coordinating group test administration and conducting staff training on required standardized assessments;
