Are you an experienced RN Manager with a background in Labor & Delivery? Trinity Health is seeking a passionate Interim L&D Nurse Leader to join the team at MercyOne in Des Moines, Iowa.

As Interim Nurse Manager, you'll provide 24/7 leadership and oversight for unit operations, including direct supervision of staff (20%) and administrative responsibilities (80%). You'll drive clinical quality, support staff development, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. This role requires a focus on continuous improvement, patient safety, and team engagement.

Requirements:

• Active Iowa RN license (or compact)

• Minimum 3 years of L&D Manager experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required

• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWOHNN Advanced
