Financial Systems Administrator

Our client, a fintech technology company, is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to support and enhance their core financial applications as the organization scales. 

This role is fully remote. 

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the ERP platform, ensuring system performance, data integrity, user support, and alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for finance and accounting teams, troubleshooting configurations, integrations, data import/export issues, and system errors.
  • Build and maintain system customizations, workflows, reports, and analytics using modern ERP development tools.
  • Manage the procure?to?pay (P2P) platform, supporting company?wide users through training, troubleshooting, and usage best practices.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge?base resources to support internal users.
  • Administer financial close management tools, including user provisioning, configuration updates, and system integrations.
  • Support SOX compliance activities, including access reviews, change management validation, and control testing.
  • Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and cross?functional teams to ensure systems meet operational and reporting requirements.

Requirements:
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification and 5+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
  • Strong proficiency with SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and related ERP development frameworks.
  • Experience administering additional financial systems (e.g., P2P platforms, close?management tools).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem?solving skills across technical and functional workflows.
  • Ability to operate in a fast?paced, highly flexible environment with a proactive, solution?focused mindset.
