Interim Director of Nursing (DON)

Based in Texas - Must be a RN with Experience in SNF or LTC

Location: Henderson, TX 

The Job

The Interim DON will support the successful execution of Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehab's mission and Core Values by ensuring quality care through associate engagement, excellent clinical services and customer satisfaction within the community.  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid State licensure as an RN.
• Three to Five (3-5) years of progressive management or supervisory experience in long-term care, acute care,  Veterans Home, restorative or geriatric nursing.
  • DON Experience of 2-3 year highly regarded
• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records - PCC is a plus
• Flexible for relocation within Texas
