EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred· Minimum 5 years recent experience in related field with at least 3 years strong management experience at the Director or Manager Level. Provides leadership and support to nurse manager(s) using creative leadership to ensure best outcomes in high quality compassionate patient care.
