Our team is seeking a readily available Senior Finance leader with experience in physician services and/or hospital (acute care) environments for a 3-month interim role, with potential extension.
This fully remote position requires initial overnight travel to TN and/or KY for training. The Director of Finance will support the CFO and regional leaders in budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, monthly operations reports, GL analysis, and coordinating variance explanations and ad hoc reports.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of proven finance and accounting experience, including 2+ years in healthcare settings
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Strong Excel skills (Pivots, LOOKUPS, queries)
- Availability to commit to 3+ months
