Seeking an Interdisciplinary Engineer to provide civil engineering services supporting US Coast Guard projects in Juneau, AK, within the 17th District AOR. Responsibilities include technical reviews, project scope development, field investigations, design, cost estimating, troubleshooting, and facility condition assessments.
Qualifications include 5+ years in civil, electrical, mechanical, or structural engineering, with a BS degree (advanced degrees preferred). Experience in codes, facility repair, and AutoCAD Civil3D is desirable. A Professional Engineer license is highly preferred.
Work involves office-based tasks with some fieldwork, travel (10-25%), and physical demands such as lifting and walking. Must obtain a Public Trust clearance and pass background and drug screenings.
