Minimum qualifications:

You will focus in elevating the seller experience by delivering intelligent conversational insights across various surfaces both within connect sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and across the broader Google ecosystem (including Gmail, Google Meet). You are a designer with an exceptional level of craft, an unwavering commitment to product excellence, and a deeply collaborative spirit. You will not just execute, help define, set, and drive the strategic goal of what’s next for our product portfolio.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
  • Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
  • Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
