As a Qualified Professional on our Intensive In-Home (IIH) team, you will deliver direct therapeutic and skill-building services to children, adolescents, and their families — right in the environments where they live and grow. Working under the supervision of an IIH Team Lead, you'll help families reduce behavioral and emotional symptoms, strengthen family functioning, and build lasting connections to community supports.
- Deliver evidence-informed therapeutic interventions and psychoeducational supports tailored to each family's needs and Person-Centered Plan goals
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with NC Medicaid and program standards
- Collaborate with the treatment team, community partners, and behavioral health resources to coordinate seamless care
- Provide clinically appropriate crisis support as situations arise
- Work with meaningful autonomy while staying closely connected to your Team Lead and colleagues
You meet NC Qualified Professional (QP) requirements if you hold one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field + 2 years post-graduate experience with children and adolescents
- Bachelor's degree in any field + 4 years post-graduate experience with children and adolescents
- Master's degree in a human services field + 1 year post-graduate experience with children and adolescents
- Master's degree in any field + 2 years post-graduate experience with children and adolescents
Additional requirements: Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must be able to obtain NCI-B and CPR certification. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
