Junior to Mid-level Technology and Licensing AssociateOur client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate in JD class years 2022-2023 for its Intellectual Property Tech and Licensing Group in New York. The firm is considering candidates with large law firm experience in other relevant practices, such as negotiation of commercial contracts or deal management of IP components of venture financing and/or M&A transactions, who are interested in pivoting to a transactional/licensing practice group.
