Seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Patent Paralegal to support a Chemical Science Practice Group in a hybrid role based in Chicago, Edwardsville, Kansas City, or St. Louis.
Candidates should have 5+ years of IP experience managing pharmaceutical and chemical patent portfolios, with strong knowledge of USPTO, PCT, and international patent procedures.
Responsibilities include preparing and filing patent applications, managing global dockets, coordinating international filings, reviewing USPTO correspondence, and maintaining client portfolio reports.
Ideal candidates will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, proficiency in CPi, ePCT, and Microsoft Office, and a Paralegal Certificate.
Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 annually, plus benefits. The position offers a hybrid work schedule in preferred locations.
