Seeking an experienced IP Patent Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, on-site role in Menlo Park, CA, with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week).
Responsibilities include supporting patent litigation attorneys from filing through trial and appeal, managing large patent cases, claim construction phases, and proceedings before the PTAB, U.S. District Courts, Federal Circuit, and ITC.
Requirements: 4+ years of IP litigation experience, strong knowledge of filing systems (P-TACTS, ECF, USPTO Patent Center), a paralegal certification, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, and document management systems. Must handle multiple projects independently, work overtime as needed, and have excellent attention to detail.
