We are seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney to join our headquarters in Pittsburgh. The role involves managing and executing the company's global IP portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, and developing strategic IP initiatives aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include evaluating invention disclosures, working with outside counsel, conducting risk assessments, managing IP disputes, and supporting licensing and M&A activities. The attorney will also advise internal teams on IP best practices and trends. Candidates should have a JD, bar admission, at least 7 years of IP law experience (including 3+ in-house), and strong collaboration and communication skills. This position requires US Persons status, no sponsorship, and adherence to ITAR regulations. It offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative photonic solutions in a fast-paced industry.
