Keystone Human Services is seeking a full time Area Supervisor to join our team in supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disability.
The Area Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of assigned programs, ensuring the successful achievement of financial, personnel, and programmatic goals. This role partners closely with clinical teams, families, and leadership to deliver effective and compliant services.
$5000 Sign-on bonus as eligible per incentive guidelines. Area Supervisors earn $59,000 per year and have access to a competitive benefits package. Education & Experience (One Required)
Internal Candidates Only: High school diploma or equivalent plus four years of experience in related field or three years in a Program Supervisor position
