SUMMARY:

The Commissions Inquiry Supervisor is responsible for the research and resolution of all levels of Commission Inquiries. Demonstration of knowledge of all supplier processes. Communication with both Partners & Suppliers in regards to inquiry status and resolution. Responsible for training of Commission Inquiry Team. Coordinates distribution of workload and delegates and manages their team. Coordinates team processes and requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Includes the following:

  • Receives commission inquiries from Partners via different forms of communication (email, phone, web inquiry, etc) and logs them into the issue-tracking database for tracking actions necessary to resolve issue
  • Performs all necessary research to resolve each commission inquiry. This includes checking current & previous supplier commission reports, various internal databases, supplier portals, contacting the Supplier involved
  • Assists Commission Inquiry Coordinators and Specialists with pre-escalated inquiries
  • Coordinates and trains Commission Inquiry Team, as well as coordinates day to day operations of the Team
  • Leading in the distribution of workload to ensure that critical deadlines are met and resources are utilized effectively and efficiently in daily operations
  • Handles Escalated Inquiries, Advance Commission Requests Process, and Proactive Inquiries
  • Attends job related training, as well as, seminars that would enhance job performance
  • Performs other assigned tasks as required
  • Knowledge of products
  • QC of Inquiries

  • Proficiency in working in fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment
  • Back-up to Commission Inquiry Specialist and Commission Inquiry Supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities: Leads the Coordinators and Specialist in their region.

Key Working Relationships: Partners, Suppliers, Internal Colleagues, Supervisors and Managers.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The preferred qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.

  • Customer service experience required
  • Positive attitude regardless of situation
  • Email and Office etiquette required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and any ERM Software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Telecommunications experience a plus
  • Ability to motivate and coordinate staff

Compensation:

Total Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
