SUMMARY:
The Commissions Inquiry Supervisor is responsible for the research and resolution of all levels of Commission Inquiries. Demonstration of knowledge of all supplier processes. Communication with both Partners & Suppliers in regards to inquiry status and resolution. Responsible for training of Commission Inquiry Team. Coordinates distribution of workload and delegates and manages their team. Coordinates team processes and requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Includes the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Leads the Coordinators and Specialist in their region.
Key Working Relationships: Partners, Suppliers, Internal Colleagues, Supervisors and Managers.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The preferred qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.
Compensation:
Total Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
