This role, reporting to the Regional Manager, emphasizes building strong relationships within Best Buy and, potentially, with other retail locations across your assigned territory (Wednesday-Monday schedule). You will play a vital role in driving sales growth by training and motivating retail staff, engaging directly with customers to gather critical feedback, and collaborating with store management to implement effective sales and merchandising strategies. Success in this position depends on building rapport, providing expert product knowledge, and consistently achieving sales targets.
