Job Purpose
The Integration Technician will be responsible for preparing, testing, and configuring hardware and software for deployment. This role ensures that all systems meet customer specifications and are properly staged for delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to mobility, POS, network, and other computer hardware and software systems.
- Assists in the order fulfillment process which includes picking, staging, shipping, and validating orders.
- Perform network configuration, device setup, and quality assurance testing to ensure all components function as expected.
- Work closely with the project coordinators and managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of staged equipment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the staging process.
- Assist with the general organization of the facility
Required Experience and Abilities
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with integration software such as StageNow.
- Good work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Ability to trouble shoot technical and network issues.
- High school diploma with two-year technical college preferred.
General Environment and Physical Demands
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- The ability to stand and walk for a full 8-hour workday
Pay: $21-$23/hr
