Responsibilities & Expectations:
The Project Manager Assistant Level 2 provides intermediate support to project managers, assisting with administrative and coordination tasks, and managing smaller project components with oversight.
Administrative Support
Schedule and prepare for meetings, manage mid-level communication, and maintain organized project files.
Project Coordination
Support PMs by coordinating specific project segments, assisting with budgeting, and performing initial takeoffs under guidance.
Documentation and Reporting
Assist in generating project status reports, maintain logs, and support tracking of project progress.
General Support
Support the project team and complete tasks assigned by higher-level PMAs or project managers. Work closely with the project team to ensure alignment and act as a resource for PMA Level 1.
Additional Duties:
Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks to support the overall business objectives, while proactively seeking opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
