The Integrated Planning Analyst (S&OP) role involves coordinating sales, operations, and supply chain data to lead the S&OP process, ensuring demand forecasts, capacity planning, and inventory management support operational continuity and cost optimization.

Responsibilities include consolidating and validating planning data, analyzing demand trends, evaluating capacity and inventory levels, developing production plans, and facilitating cross-functional meetings to align strategies. The role also involves monitoring KPIs, analyzing deviations, and reporting on performance to support management decisions.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2-3 years of experience in demand or production planning, strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP (SAP preferred), and fluency in English and Spanish. The position requires travel to Peru for initial training and offers a salary of up to $60,000 annually.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, based in Humble, TX.
