Integrated Master Scheduler (On-site)

Our client is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support complex program planning and scheduling activities within a fast-paced technical environment. This role is responsible for preparing, developing, coordinating, and maintaining Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to ensure successful program execution and compliance with customer and industry requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong scheduling expertise, experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), and the ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, finance, procurement, operations, and quality teams.

• Prepare, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Ensure program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across cross-functional departments including engineering, finance, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and quality
• Monitor program schedule performance and identify schedule variances, risks, and critical path issues
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, driving path, and risk and opportunity assessments
• Develop and implement schedule recovery and workaround plans as necessary
• Prepare regular schedule updates, metrics, and reports for program management, customers, and business leadership
• Support timely preparation and submission of contract deliverables related to the IMS and IMP
• Ensure schedules and contract deliverables comply with internal procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards
• Utilize Gantt charts, PERT charts, milestone tracking, Earned Value Management, and other project management tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support planning, execution, and schedule management activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
• Minimum of 4 years of planning and scheduling experience required
• Experience building compliant Integrated Master Schedules using WBS, RAM, and SOW structures
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience using scheduling software such as Open Plan, Microsoft Project, or Primavera
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze and present complex scheduling data to stakeholders outside of planning and scheduling teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Integrated Master Scheduling experience supporting government or defense programs
• Experience reading and interpreting government contracts
• Experience developing schedules in compliance with Earned Value Management methodologies
• Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, and operations environments preferred
