ABOUT THE ROLE The AIM implementation/revitalization "Breaking the reactive cycle" is a change process with a substantial impact on the manufacturing of cement and all related departments. The success of the project is directly related to the effort and commitment of the client to support the change process actively. The Task Force Leader as part of the AIM project organization is one essential condition to achieve the project targets, supporting and coaching in the implementation of the systems and laying a solid foundation for continuous improvement once the project is completed.

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
